Alhaji Mohammed Musah Faisal:
Managing Director/CEO

Alhaji Faisal holds an MBA (Masters in International Business) from, the University of Maryland, United States of America.

Alhaji Faisal has a track record of successfully managing petroleum-related businesses, overseeing supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and storage of petroleum products while maintaining good relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure a smooth flow of products

His vast experience in the petroleum supply chain has been key in driving profitability and achieving growth targets as he is knowledgeable about the energy market dynamics.

 He is also well-informed about the challenges and opportunities specific to the petroleum industry.

Alhaji Faisal negotiated deals, contracts, and partnerships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies in the petroleum supply chain.

He has navigated complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Mr. Martin Boahen:
Finance Manager

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), an Authorised Dealing Officer of The Stock Exchange. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial Managers, USA.

He has been working with the company for the past three years.
He has an in-depth working knowledge of the financial industry with comprehensive hands-on experience in transport and logistics management.

Mr. Boahen is in charge of ensuring the overall financial management of the company and thus plays a key role in the management of projects; ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness of projects.

With a knack for bringing complex projects to completion, Mr. Boahen has been instrumental in the execution of many complex projects at DELMES.

Mr Mumuni Musah:

Mr. Musah brings proficient knowledge to the operations of the company. He is in charge of managing the operations of FSS Global Company Limited.

He holds a Master of Engineering from Bradford University, UK. He has been working with the group for the past TEN years.

A graduate of the University of Ghana Business School and a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants (Ghana), he has been working with the company for the past six years.

Kwame Nyamekye - Boamah:
Co-Director

The career path of Kwame Nyamekye-Boamah spans a little over 18 years during which he has been sought and retained by the UNDP, USAID, GiZ, EU/COLEOCP, Government of Ghana, and the Industry Captains in the horticultural subsector as a Consultant, Programme Manager, Horticulturist, and Agribusiness Development Services Provider.

Currently, he is the Chairman, the Fruitking Group of Companies with an interest in the expansion of the supply base of the sugar loaf variety of pineapple for local fruit processing, fruit orchard establishment services, and the provision of consultancy services in the high-value fruits and vegetables destined for exports.

Kwame served as the Technical Director and Team Leader of the PAB-FtF-IML Consortium that partnered with ACDI-VOCA during the implementation of the USAID-funded Ghana ADVANCE Project in the Southern Horticultural Zone in the value chains of Maize, Rice, Citrus, Mango, and Pineapples.

He also facilitated the win-win commercial business relationship between fruit juice processing firms and producers in the 3 mango FBOs in the Dangbe West, Yilo, and Manya Krobo production zones and pineapple in the Akuapim South District with the view to initiating the process towards agricultural transformation in the sub-sector.

Mr. Nyamekye was contracted over the LOP of TIPCEE-USAID/GoG Project to provide hands-on-training for smallholder mango farmers in the Dangbe West, Yilo Krobo, Manya Krobo, and Kpando production zones in the best practices in the establishment, management of mango estate to cover pruning techniques, harvesting and post-harvest handling practices safe and effective use of pesticides, pests, and diseases identification and control.

These best practices were captured into 3 volumes of training manuals funded by USAID as the standard teaching aid for mango farmers over the LOP of the TIPCEE Project.

He was part of a team that pioneered the trial introduction of paprika, a high-value vegetable in the northern sector at the Botanga, Pawlugu, and at ICOUR irrigation site under USAID-sponsored AMEX International TIRP Project.

Kwame played a leading role as a National Cashew Consultant in introducing the Cashew Export Production Village (EPV) in the Wenchi District under UNDP/ITC Project GHA/ 8700 when the maiden export of 600 metric tons of cashew was done. He participated as a team member in preparing the National Cashew Project business plan to source for $ 12 million AfDB facility to improve cashew nut performance, positioning it today among the ten top agricultural export commodities in Ghana.

As an Agro Development Consultant under the GOG/USAID/AMEX-TIP/Human Resource Development Assistance (HRDA) project, He provided lead facilitation in a nationwide training of farmers in the savannah belts on cashew production and pre-export handling.

Played a pioneering role in the introduction and technology transfer training of farmers to adopt tabletop processing technology at the village level. Today there are 15 cashew processing outfits in Ghana.

As a Plantation Development Specialist, his services were sought by Prestige Farms Limited to establish 500 acres of mangoes, three years ago at Somanya from seedling production to orchard establishment.

He served as a Technical Training Services Provider in 2008 under contract with MiDA- MCA/PAB Development Consult to provide training to 300 farmers in Efutu Essuekyir, Gyangyanadze, Gomoa Abasa, Nsuem, and Winneba in the Central Region to cover the best practices in producing vegetables and pineapples for export.

As a Programme Manager, Mr. Nyamekye served under contract from 2006 to 2008 as Africa Regional Coordinator for Agriculture for University of Missouri/USDA FAS 58-3148-2- 028/MU-Cs774 to Plan, administer, monitor, evaluate, and report on the Gender-Informed Nutrition and Agriculture (GINA) program, the Initiative to End Hunger in Africa (IEHA), Regional Network on AIDS, Rural Livelihoods and Food Security (RENEWAL) and Harvest Plus (Breeding crops for better Nutrition) in Uganda, Mozambique, and Nigeria.

Kwame holds an M.Sc. (Agric) degree from Colorado State University, Ft Collins, USA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Farming System Management from the International Agricultural Institute at Wuhan, Hubei, China, and a B.Sc. (Agric) degree from KNUST, Kumasi.

Alfred Duga
Finance Director

Mr. Duga is the Finance Director who started his profession as an Accountant and has served in various capacities within the finance department before he was made the director. He has over fifteen years of industry experience and brought dynamism to the team.

A graduate of the University of Ghana Business School and a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants (Ghana), he has been working with the company for the past six years.
